How long do I have to make a return?

You have 15 days from the date your order is marked as delivered on the tracking page to request a return.

How do I make a return?

If you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to return any item within 15 days of receiving it, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. In your email, please include:

•The order number

•The item(s) you wish to return

•The reason for return

Our Customer Care Team will review your case and provide you with detailed instructions. Once the item(s) arrive at our facilities, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Important: We do not accept exchanges, only returns.

Returnable Items

•Products that are unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging, including any protective cellophane or labels (if applicable).

•Faulty items damaged or broken during transportation.

Non-returnable Items

•Products purchased on promotion or nearing their expiry date.

•Opened or used products.

•Any issues with the products identified after the 15-day return window has passed.

Return Shipping Fees

The cost of shipping the item(s) back to us is the customer’s responsibility.

How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds will be issued for:

•Orders returned via postal services

•Returns

•Complaints

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

•For orders placed more than 6 months ago, refunds through the original payment method may not be possible. In these cases, we will request your bank account details to process the refund.

Returned Orders

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to issues like an unknown recipient, incorrect or incomplete address, or unclaimed delivery, you can track the return using the same tracking link. Once the item(s) reach our facilities, we will contact you with options to either reship the order for a fee or issue a refund for the products.
